His Creative Plan

And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. - Genesis 1:9.
When I was a child, Dad built us a sandbox. It was about 5 feet-by-5 feet, big enough for four children to claim a substantial amount of private sandy real estate. Most times, however, we pooled our resources and turned the entire box into farmland or a marble shoot.
The farmland incorporated all the plastic cows, horses, goats, and sheep shared by the neighborhood children. Once our farms were established with buildings, fields, fences, livestock, and people, we enacted stories with all the pieces.
Some people say that our most creative time is during childhood, yet adults are creative, too. Mankind has invented everything from wheels to airplanes, hammers to electric drills, lamps to cell phones. We celebrate inventors, authors, and musicians and marvel at their creativity.
Yet, we often overlook the works of The Greatest Creator of All. In Genesis 1:9, he is planning ahead. He had already created a sky. Now he creates two other worlds within our planet, those of land and sea. In the next three days, he will populate the sea with sea creatures, the land with vegetation and animals, and the sky with birds and insects. How creative is that to establish three different worlds of land, sea, and air! And such variety of life in each of the three worlds!
Let us remember that Our Creator created everything we know out of nothing. We humans can create only one small thing at a time. Our Creator's creation is diverse. This shows us that he is truly holy, more creative and more imaginative than any human could ever become.
Prayer: Our Loving Father in Heaven, forgive us for all the times we've told you how to fix things. You see farther into the future than we can. Dissolve our stubbornness. Open our hearts to trust you completely. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. Gratefully, In Jesus Loving Name I Pray, Amen."
Have a Blessed Tuesday and God Bless you.
